HOW DO I STORE MY CAKES/PASTRIES?

Your cakes & pastries will be fine at ambient temperature if you intend to scoff them within two days, otherwise they will keep in the fridge for up to 5 days. But they taste much better when eaten at room temperature or a little warmed up. Alternatively you can freeze our buns for up to 1.5 months, brownies, blondies & cookies will freeze up to 2.5 months and cakes up to 4 months. Defrost at room temperature for 3-4 hours prior to consumption. Reheat in oven at 160c for 3-4 / 4-5 minutes.

ARE ANY OF THE CAKES VEGAN, GLUTEN OR DAIRY FREE?

Our buns are available in original & vegan options. Brownies, blondies, cookies, cakes and muffins are available in original, vegan and gluten free options. Please let us know via email what you’d like to be made vegan or gf in advance to placing an order.

MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED?

We work closely with our delivery partners to ensure every order is delivered to you on time. If your order has not been delivered to your designated address by 8pm on the delivery day, please let us know.

We will look into this for you with the delivery partner in charge of your order.

WHAT ALLERGENS ARE USED IN YOUR BAKERY?

The following allergens are all used on site - peanuts, nuts, sesame, flour (gluten), milk, soya.

We store allergens separately and always make sure we do a thorough clean down between the different products that we make. We do not recommend our products to coeliacs or anyone who has a severe allergy to any of the allergens above. Please check the information on the product page for full ingredients lists.
